This is a wonderful assisted living facility that is taking great care of my sister. The staff is what makes it, they are all so conscientious in their work. The activities director provides fun and stimulus and caring. The nurses care and are conscientious and attentive to detail. All the staff, from housekeeping to kitchen to maintenance are cheerful and attentive to their duties. The director of the facility is well educated in her field and sets the high standards there that everyone follows. I highly recommend Complete Care at The Havens.
